Llundain based bass wiggler Leo O’ Callaghan comes correct with some impeccable jazz darnce of the highest order.
Nestling somewhere between Floating Points, Quantic and Nightmares on Wax (I know you like a pigeon hole) ‘Fingerprints’ is filled to the brim with Jazz addled electric noodlings of the highest order from the raw live Afro Jazz feel of ‘Happiness’ to the moody and considered 80s’ish dub of Dust.
I dare not call this a summer release although it was intended to be. I know this summers just just another grey bust with an olympian police state in London, failed festivals and (yet another) economic crisis , not to mention the upcoming apocalypse. But no fear get yer lugholes round this and create a little summer in yer mind innit me birds.
